You know a good trick I leanred the other day? A bodybuilder/someone trying to pack on muscle mass should never go more then 8 hours w/out eating…but in ur sleep thats exactly what you do. Set ur alarm 4 hrs into ur sleep and when you wake up have a protein shake……..then go back to sleep. This keeps ur muscles fed and u can gain up to 1lb of muscle a week. i tried it and it works.
