    your elbows should …
your elbows should be at a 90 degree angle. you dont want to go much more than that because you can risk tearing a muscle

    Not at all. …
Not at all. Deadlifts only work on your quadriceps (thighs), gluteus maximus (butt) and Erector Spinae (lower back).

i can tell you are …
i can tell you are 15 because of the advice you just gave. If creatine will harm a certain persons kidneys (which is extremely rare), it would be worse if they are older.
ps. EAS protein is the best deal (at costco) but it clumps too much.
    happy lifting.

    rather that then …
    rather that then before.

but if you’re doing a good weight on your chest, your triceps wont need that much extra workout.

so might as well toss in some after your chest workout.

    usually when you …
usually when you workout your chest, you’re working out your triceps as well i.e push-ups, bench press, dumbell press, etc. The only chest exercise that doesn’t really workout the triceps that i can think of at the moment is the chest fly

    One, kill your …
One, kill your liver like no tomorrow. Yes it may boost your workout and increase muscle mass but it does significant damage to your insides mainly your liver, spleen, and other organs, even the heart cant take a heavy amount of creatine.

I’m no bodybuilder but I am an athlete and Whey Protein with a healthy diet will do the trick. If I were you, stop using Creatine altogether. It will help you in the long haul.

Hope I did some good. Keep Workin.

    Creatine is alright …
Creatine is alright as long as you are a healthy individual and drink a lot of water. If you aren’t doing so, then it can do some damage to your kidney, liver, or something. (I don’t exactly know what, I just know it affects an organ.)

    For those who are …
For those who are thinkin of beginning training, and dont know that much.. Always remember to breath! As you can not see in this video. By breathing you will last longer, and you’ll get more out of the exercise.

    good video except …
good video except for the part about how many sets to do. no matter what level of experience you are, always do at least 3, if thats too hard, lower the weight. otherwise 1 or 2 set is no benefit to the muscles
