    Bone Stress
    When …

    Bone Stress
When you lift weights, your muscles must work harder to move the weight. The muscles are attached to the bones. When the muscles flex, they pull on the bones. The harder the muscles work, the more stress they place on the skeleton. The bones must also withstand the pressure of holding up the weight. This compresses them which adds even more stress. You are wrong dude.

    Depends what you’re …
Depends what you’re ability is. Just make sure to constantly change up your routine so you don’t plateau. But for a single workout, yeah that’d get your arms nice and tight.

not trying to be a …
not trying to be a dick; just trying to make a small correction! bone growth is possible with weight training. you won’t change the length, but you can change the density. i’d say that’s growth. that’s why it is so beneficial for the elderly to weight train, since muscle atrophy affects the elderly so much.

    first, it’s …
first, it’s impossible to grow your bones its a genetic.
second, to build huge muscles u need resistence, u can start with bodyweight but after that u’ll need to increase the weights to shock the muscle(because muscles adapt fast to the resistance) and make it grow bigger.
third, if u r gonna eat six meals all of them gotta be small meals(depends on your caloric needs).

for the skinny guy it takes a lot of hard work i used to be skiiny too but if you train bodyweight training it gives you strength and it starts building your bones bigger bones mean bigger muscles and strength and eat 3 big meals and 3 small meals and if you continude like this and start lifting heavy with free weight it will help you a lot
