hi, i count with a press bench wich can be placed at 45 degrees, the thing for the legs on the press bench and a pair of, i dont really know the name, but their like the little bars for each hand wich you put different wights to them. Im 16 looking to increwase my muscle mass. any routine sujestions? i have the chance to workout 3 days a week.

something like this. squat 3x a week though.
Google "Starting Strength" i suggest you even buy the book. its the BASICS, no BS old school weightlifting program. I started on it and double my strength in 6 months, added 25lbs of muscle.

high protein diet, alternate your workout, upper body one day then lower body the next. low reps, just don’t hurt yourself doing too much weight and always have someone spotting you doing bench
