Receiving an accurate healthy diet is not only about nourishing ourselves with the right blend of fruit and vegetables, proteins, fibre, minerals, counting calories and so on. It can also refer to something more delicate than that. In fact I mean that what we nourish ourselves in terms of our thoughts, beliefs, reactions and feelings is also significant to our health and well-being.
